Countryside Creations – Return & Refund Policy

At Countryside Creations (Paris, Texas), every item is made with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are custom and handmade, we have the following return and refund policy in place to protect both our customers and our small business.


All Sales Are Final on Custom & Personalized Items

Due to the nature of personalized products, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the order has been made.

Custom/personalized items include (but are not limited to):

  • Tumblers

  • Coffee mugs

  • T-shirts & hoodies with names, sayings, or custom designs

  • Slate photos

  • Tin photos

  • Glass cutting boards

  • Coasters (car/table)

  • Keychains

  • Any item made to order or created specifically for you


Returns for Non-Custom / Ready-to-Ship Items

If we offer an item that is not customized and it arrives in new, unused condition, we may accept a return under the following conditions:

Return Request Window: Must be requested within 3 days of delivery/pickup
Return Condition: Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Return Approval Required: Returns must be approved before sending anything back

📌 Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the mistake was ours.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We will gladly fix or replace items if:

  • Your order arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

  • There is a printing or product defect

To qualify:
📌 You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery/pickup
📸 Please include clear photos of the issue and the packaging (if applicable)

If approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the item

  • Store credit

  • Refund (only when replacement is not possible)


Size Issues (T-Shirts & Hoodies)

Please double-check sizing before ordering.

Because apparel is often made to order:

  • We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing chosen by the customer.

  • If there is an error on our end (wrong size sent), we will correct it.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order as long as production has not started.

  • Once we begin creating your order, it cannot be canceled.


Color & Design Disclaimer

We do our best to represent product colors accurately, but please note:

  • Screen settings may cause slight color differences.

  • Handmade items may have minor variations that make each piece unique.

These variations are not considered defects.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for processing (depending on your bank).
