3. Products & Custom Orders

Many of our products are made-to-order and/or personalized. Because of this:

  • All custom/personalized orders are final sale.

  • Customers are responsible for confirming personalization details (spelling, names, dates, colors, design choices) before submitting the order.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any custom request that includes inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).

We accept payment through Shopify’s secure checkout options. Your payment information is processed securely through Shopify and payment providers. We do not store your full payment details.

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Cancel orders due to incorrect pricing, inventory issues, or suspected fraud

5. Order Processing Time

Because many items are handmade and custom, processing times may vary.

  • Estimated production times may be listed on product pages.

  • Custom orders may take longer depending on order volume and design complexity.

  • We will contact you if we need additional information to complete your order.

6. Shipping & Delivery

If shipping is selected:

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control.

  • Once an order is shipped, tracking information may be provided when available.

If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, reshipping costs may apply.

7. Local Pickup (If Available)

If local pickup is offered:

  • Pickup details will be provided after purchase.

  • Orders must be picked up within a reasonable time unless other arrangements are made.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

In general:

  • Custom/personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

  • If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can help.

9. Design Proofs & Approval (If Applicable)

Some custom orders may include a proof/mockup.

If we send a proof:

  • You are responsible for reviewing it carefully.

  • Approval confirms you accept the design as shown.

  • After approval, changes may require additional fees and additional production time.

10. Care Instructions

Customers are responsible for following product care instructions.

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Improper washing or heating

  • Dishwashers/handwashing when not recommended

  • Microwave use when not recommended

  • Dropping, impact, or misuse

11. Intellectual Property

All website content including:

  • Photos

  • Product designs (unless provided by the customer)

  • Logos

  • Text descriptions

…are the property of Countryside Creations, Paris, TX and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

If you submit a custom design, photo, or phrase, you confirm you have the legal right to use it.

12. Customer Conduct

By using our site, you agree not to:

  • Use our products or services for illegal purposes

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Attempt to interfere with the website’s security or functionality

  • Harass or abuse our business, staff, or customers

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, as permitted by law.

13. Limitation of Liability
